Test if the DOM implementation implements a specific
feature.

featureThe feature to test.
version
The version number of the feature to test. In
level 2, this can be either 2.0 or
1.0.
成功时返回 true, 或者在失败时返回 false。
在 PHP 8.0.0 之前可以静态调用此方法,但会发出
E_DEPRECATED 错误。自 PHP 8.0.0 起,静态调用此方法会抛出 Error 异常
